Job Description
Being a brilliant mixologist at The Luxury Collection means staying up to date with the latest global trends. When you're behind the bar, your energy creates an atmosphere that is both warm and inviting. You take pride in offering guests a well-curated seasonal beverage menu, engaging conversation, and helpful suggestions. When done right, your service creates a truly unique experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and share in-depth knowledge of our offerings

Serve guests at the hotel's bar and restaurant tables

Open and serve wine/champagne

Prepare daily garnishes and bar mise en place

Manage stock of ice, glassware, and bar supplies

Maintain the bar area clean and organized

Understand and analyze beverage sales

Before starting, you will receive safety training to obtain the necessary certifications

Our guests value our ability to be perfect hosts behind the bar

Previous experience in fine dining restaurants and 5-star hotels is highly valued

High level of English required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
