Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, ACHM Spain Management, S.L. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

**Premise**: Fixed-term contract until 30/06/2025, with the possibility of permanent employment. We are looking for 1 person (m/f). Shift work scheduled weekly, flexibility required, full-time contract 40h.

**Your Contribution**

You will know our menu in detail and be eager to share it with our guests. When they enter the AC Lounge, your warm welcome, friendliness, and impeccable table setup will create a unique experience. Day by day, your goal is to give each guest a culinary experience they will remember for a long time.

**What We Expect From You**

- Greet customers and serve tables within the required timeframes
- Serve food and drinks to customers, offering suggestions when needed
- Use your menu knowledge to answer customer questions and accommodate special requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction with every dish and drink served
- Clean tables, perform closing tasks, and replenish dishes and other items
- Perform opening and closing tasks, including preparing bar snacks/dishes and all necessary items for the breakfast buffet, cleaning areas and equipment, closing doors, etc.
- Work shifts
- Prepare and maintain work areas
- Follow established instructions to keep work areas clean and tidy
- Prepare coffee station, carts, and buffet with all necessary items
- Organize table service, buffet, and carts
- Report to the supervisor at the end of the shift

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.

- HACCP certification is preferred.
