Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Service - Engage with guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized, attentive service.
• Ensure Precision in Orders - Accurately process requests, accommodate dietary needs, and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain a Pristine Environment - Set up, reset, and maintain event spaces, ensuring a polished and professional atmosphere.
• Be a Menu Expert - Stay knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings, confidently assisting guests with recommendations.
• Work as a Team - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Adapt & Excel - Thrive in a fast-paced setting, maintaining high standards and professionalism.
• Uphold Safety & Hygiene - Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure environment.
