Dive into an exceptional adventure as an Assistant Morning Venues Supervisor! You will play a key role in organizing breakfast operations and collaborating with the Banquets and Room Service Supervisor to ensure smooth, high-quality service aligned with W standards.

Your mission? Deliver top-quality service, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the daily operations team. You'll be at the forefront, assisting in supervising, training, and motivating Talents while maintaining service standards, grooming guidelines, and operational procedures. Your on-the-ground presence will make all the difference in creating the memorable experiences we're known for.

Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality (5-star) is a strong asset.
