Some of your Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Decision-Making: Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis to identify opportunities for profit improvement and efficiency.
• Finance & Accounting Leadership: Oversee accounting operations, audits, and reporting processes. Lead a team to achieve high-performance financial outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate financial insights to owners, corporate teams, and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Goal Development & Performance Monitoring: Develop performance goals, track budget adherence, and support profit growth across departments.
• Project Management & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with procedures, and consistency with company standards.

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication and leadership abilities to lead teams and influence decisions.
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an emphasis on data-driven insights.
• Ability to handle change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we value for this role:

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business or Finance.
• 3 years of experience on a similar role.
• Demonstrated skills in adaptability, communication, problem solving and decision making and driven to achieve results.
• You will be able to think outside the box and have an open-minded personality.
