Sie sind ein Administrator-Profi und haben Freude daran, unser Sales- und Marketingteam im administrativen Bereich zu unterstützen? Zahlen sind genau Ihr Ding? Dann suchen wir genau Sie! Das Besondere: Sie kümmern sich nicht nur um die Markenkommunikation vom Hamburg Marriott, sondern ebenfalls von unserem Schwesternhaus, dem Renaissance Hamburg Hotel.

So sieht Ihr Tag aus:

• Administrative Aufgaben im Bereich Sales & Marketing
• Rechnungshandling sowie Erstellung von ePOs
• Erstellung & Dokumentation von Dienstplänen
• Bestellungen von Office Supplies
• Gutscheinerstellung und -abrechnung
• Verwaltung der Kundengeschenke & Give-Aways
• Support bei internen Audits und Dokumentationen
• Support bei Messen- und Reisebuchungen sowie Bearbeitung Travel Expenses
• Support bei Organisation & Buchungen für Kundenveranstaltungen
• Support bei der Vorbereitung von Sales-Blitz & anderen Kunden-Aktionen
• Einblick in den Bereich Sales & Marketing
