🎯 Your Main Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities:

Daily monitoring of accounting operations: verification, control, allocation, and data entry

Participation in monthly closings in compliance with reporting deadlines

Daily cash control and reconciliation with the cash machine across all departments

Monitoring, recording, and validation of customer payments, as well as follow-ups

Implementation and adherence to internal financial procedures

Reporting of non-compliance issues in the absence of the Financial Controller or Assistant Financial Controller

Compliance with service and presentation standards, as well as current regulations (internal rules, collective labor agreement, Marriott Code of Ethics)

🛠 Profile Sought

Excellent command of accounting fundamentals

Proven experience with accounting software and industry tools (Opera, Micros, Book4Time)

Precision, organization, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility

Strong analytical and summarizing skills

Team spirit, reliability, courtesy, and professional conduct

Fluent in English and French

Degree or certification in accounting
