Job Description For F&B Supervisor
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional service, efficient workflow, and a memorable dining experience for guests. This role involves managing staff, maintaining service standards, and supporting the overall operations of the food and beverage department.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:
- Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Schedule and allocate shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and service quality.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Guest Experience:
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Promote a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for all guests.

Operations:
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.

Sales and Revenue:
- Promote and upsell menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
- Monitor and control costs to meet budgetary requirements.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Inventory and Supplies:
- Manage inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and minimize waste and breakage.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
