Chef Luia has been delighting people across the culinary spectrum for about 17 strong years. His formative gastronomy foundation in Kempinski Jordan welcomed him to join the pre-opening hotels in the UAE such as Palazzo Versace Dubai and Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort to name a few. His most recent assignment prior to joining Jannah Hotels & Resorts was with The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi as the Banquet Sous Chef.
His passion for creating magic in the kitchen is second to none, and we are just as excited to continue welcoming our Daifs in our restaurants as we serve happiness on the table - #TheJannahWay
