InterContinental Jordan has completed a very active month perfectly titled “Giving for Good” as it was filled with socially and environmentally responsible activities.
During the month of September, InterContinental Jordan colleagues came together for various activities and initiatives. Organized by the Director of Human Resources Dima Arafat, including a blood drive, where colleagues who are medically eligible donated their blood to the blood bank. This has always been a frequent initiative by the hotel throughout the years. Also, all colleagues participated in cleaning the hotel and its surroundings, as well as being agriculturally responsible by allocating a special day for planting, and thereafter painting the plant pots to create a more aesthetic environment for everyone to enjoy. Vitamin C and orange juice was distributed among all colleagues as part of raining awareness for a healthy and energetic lifestyle. Finally, Giving for Good is not complete without celebrating the colleagues for their hard work and dedication, specifically the unsung heroes working in Housekeeping and the drivers.
