Job Description For Stewarding Supervisor

Description

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina is looking for individuals ready to take on exciting challenges and drive meaningful change!

The Stewarding Supervisor is an integral part of the hotel's Culinary and Food & Beverage team. This person plays an essential role in assisting with the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department.

What You'll Do:

Lead a diverse team of colleagues
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel China, silverware, and cookware.
Assists stewarding manager with keeping an organized accurate inventory throughout the hotel areas.
Act as a liaison between kitchen and banquet departments ensuring food safety protocols are met.
Stocking and pushing hot boxes for banquet events in a timely manner.
Ensure food replenishment is handled in a timely manner
Ability to work within a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Previous supervisory experience.
