The Stewarding Supervisor is an integral part of the hotel's Culinary and Food & Beverage team. This person plays an essential role in assisting with the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department. As a Stewarding Supervisor you will be responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Additional duties may include: scheduling, assisting with the departmental payroll process, active participation in the hotel's safety initiatives, having oversight of the Stewarding perspective in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine, and supporting the training of staff.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
