A Steward/Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware, as well as the dish pit and other work areas. The Steward/Dishwasher will assist the culinary team as needed.This is a fast paced position that will involve colleagueinteraction.

• Experience washing dishes in a high volume, fast paced environment.
