More than a resort spa, Spa ALiLa is an unrivaled well being space that puts purpose and people at our core, serving as a catalyst for changing lives and celebrating individuality. We arecurrently seeking a Spa Conciergeto join our team. The Spa Concierge is responsible for checking in guests at our Spa, scheduling and managing appointments and maintaining cleanliness of the spa facility including locker rooms, quiet lounge and pool deck.Acting as a liaison between guests, spa management and other departments of the resort when necessary. The Spa Concierge must provide quality guest service experience and maintain a positive work environment for spa staff.

• At least one year of experience in a receptionist or front desk position in a luxury environment, serving the customer face-to-face.
  
• Presents a caring, warm demeanor with atrue desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced, luxury environment.
  
• Must be able to respond to individual guest needs and adhere to company standards as written in the employee handbook.
  
• Must possess attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness.
  
• Capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  
• Must have excellent communication skills.
  
• Must be proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  
• Experience with Book4Time a plus.
  
• Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
  
• Display professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  
• Maintains a positive attitude and takes initiative to get the job done.
