We are looking for a talented and well-experiencedSous Chefwho will ensure the smooth and efficient running of The Cellar kitchen. You will be overseeing food preparation and logistics, managing an efficient kitchen team, diligently monitoring inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ordering, as well as implementing policies and procedures.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with guests and finds satisfaction in managing a kitchen that brings a rich and cultured experience. Qualifications
Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
• Progressive career in kitchen operations in a restaurant or hotel with high standards, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety Standards
• Ability to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systems
• Strong management and leadership capabilities
• Passion for working with people
