Job Description: Service Manager - Listening and Cocktail Lounge
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Manager to join our team at our vibrant Listening and Cocktail Lounge. This role is essential in creating an exceptional guest experience while working closely with the General Manager and Bar Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Serve as the primary host, welcoming guests warmly and ensuring they feel valued and attended to throughout their visit.
- Supervision of Staff: Oversee server duties to ensure high-quality service standards are maintained. Provide training and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the General Manager and Bar Lead to develop and implement service strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and streamline operations.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions, ensuring seamless service and memorable experiences for guests.
- Quality Control: Monitor service flow and address any guest concerns promptly, maintaining a positive atmosphere within the lounge.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the bar lead on inventory control and supply orders to ensure the lounge is appropriately stocked.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
