THE ROLE:

As a Server Assistant at NoMI Lounge & Garden, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience that reflects the sophistication and elegance of Park Hyatt Chicago. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, all aimed at ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

You will assist our servers by promptly setting and clearing tables, ensuring that each dining setting is immaculate and thoughtfully arranged. This includes maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all necessary items are readily available. Your attention to detail will be crucial in upholding the high standards of our establishment.

In addition to these duties, you will collaborate closely with culinary, kitchen, and bar colleagues to ensure smooth communication and service flow. This teamwork is essential in delivering timely and accurate service to our guests. Your ability to anticipate guest needs and provide discreet, attentive service will contribute to the refined atmosphere that defines NoMI Lounge & Garden.

WAGE INFORMATION:

The hourly rate for this position is$15.45 + Tips. This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstances.
