Summary

As the Kid's Camp Specialist, you'll play a vital role in leading engaging, family-friendly programming for children. Whether it's arts and crafts, nature walks, or indoor games, you'll ensure that every camper feels included, inspired, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead scheduled children's activities, games, crafts, and themed programs as part of the Kid's Camp experience
• Provide a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for all children participating in resort programming
• Interact with families and ensure parents feel confident in the quality of care and engagement offered
• Maintain a clean and organized camp space, managing materials and activity transitions smoothly
• Collaborate with the recreation and guest services team to support overall family programming at the resort
• Communicate clearly with guests about daily programming and resort offerings for children
Qualifications
• Previous experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, childcare, or teaching assistant roles preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Calm, patient, and nurturing personality with a focus on safety and well-being
• Comfortable supervising groups of up to 10-12 children
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors depending on the activity
• Positive and energetic attitude with a team-first mindset
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License preferred
