Summary

As a Seasonal Kayak & Paddle Board Attendant, you'll be part of our Recreation Team, ensuring guests have a safe, fun, and memorable experience out on the lake.
This hands-on, outdoor position is perfect for someone who enjoys working by the water, is attentive to safety, and takes pride in maintaining high-quality equipment and guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist guests with the safe setup, launch, and return of kayaks and paddle boards
• Ensure all beach equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stored daily
• Monitor water activity areas for guest safety and adherence to posted guidelines
• Provide basic instruction on equipment use and answer guest questions about lake conditions
• Communicate clearly with the recreation team and escalate any safety or operational concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized beach area throughout each shift
• Provide friendly, proactive guest service with a focus on safety and enjoyment
Qualifications
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver watercraft and related equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
• Strong swimmer and confident in a water-based work environment
• Prior experience in recreation, boating, or water sports preferred
• Clear and friendly communication skills
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License preferred
