Description

As a Guest Services Host, you'll be one of the first and last interactions our guests have on property-offering a warm welcome, genuine farewell, and thoughtful assistance throughout their stay.
This guest-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, staying active, and creating a seamless experience for travelers. You'll assist with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and sharing resort or local knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
• Assist guests with luggage handling and storage
• Provide directions, resort information, and local recommendations
• Coordinate transportation and assist with valet and shuttle services when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, lobby, and guest entry areas
• Collaborate with the Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to lift, carry, and move luggage or other items (up to 75 lbs)
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License required
• Previous guest service or hotel experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
