Key Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable, tailored recommendations and assist with dining, activity, and transportation reservations
• Greet and engage guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
• Offer directions, hotel information, and personalized suggestions for a variety of guest needs
• Leverage strong knowledge of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area-including restaurants, outdoor activities, events, and entertainment-to enhance the guest experience
• Support special requests and help create custom experiences that exceed expectations
• Maintain familiarity with resort amenities, local events, and regional points of interest
• Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a polished and professional presence in the lobby and concierge area

• A true desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Strong knowledge of the Lake Tahoe area, including seasonal activities, restaurants, and local points of interest
• Ability to engage in friendly, confident, and refined communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer systems (e.g., hotel software, reservation systems, internet research)
• Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior concierge, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
