The Adventure Specialist is integral to our guest facing activities and will be able to showcase the beauty of our resort as well as the North Lake Tahoe surrounding area providing a world class recreation experience.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead recreational activity programs and outdoor activities for the resort with guests.
• Foster relationships between the Hotel and community partners
• Assist guests with information about local area activities, hikes, restaurants, events and shopping
• Assist guests with information about the resort services and facilities
Qualifications
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership and problem-solving skills with both large and small groups
• Physically fit enough to stand, walk, hike and adventure for a long period of time
• Ability to consistently start/carry on a comfortable conversation with strangers
• Ability to instill confidence in guests that they will be taken care of in strenuous activities
• Ability to make a good first impression and naturally command the attention of a group of 10-12 people
• Positive and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• First Aid & CPR Certification is preferred
• Working knowledge of terrain, environment and local area
• Must be over 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License Required & comfortable driving large vehicle
