The Sales Systems Administrator is an individual whose responsibilities include maintaining the sales files and systems, and communication with other departments and external clients, as well as provide support to the Director of Sales and Sales team at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. The Sales Systems Administrator will play an important role in processing commissions, managing the team's checkbook, and ensuring our internal sales system reflects accurate information. This administrator will also support the sales managers as needed in the selling process. Highly organized, detail oriented, analytically minded, strong oral and written communication skills are of utmost importance.
The hourly rate for this position is $28.85/hour to $29.43/hour. The starting rate for this position is $28.85/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently offered at $29.43/hour.
