Description
The Revenue Analyst utilizes skills and knowledge of hotel/property management operations, to contribute to the Revenue Strategy Team in maximizing revenue and bottom-line profits for the benefit of the property. Accountable for property occupancy and revenue through property analysis, competitive analysis, pricing and implementation of pricing changes. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage day-to-day operations of revenue management function and produce reporting that supports hotel's business development by gathering relevant market intelligence to support the revenue teams
• Use analytical tools to identify revenue opportunities
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and changes in industry standards
• Manages daily, weekly, and monthly reports (strategy meetings, month end reports, group reports)
• Ensure visibility and parity on all channels
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on revenue trends and performance against targets
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a related field
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Technically skilled in managing all systems related to Revenue Management preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Legally allowed to work in Italy, holding a valid work permit for the country
