Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin is seeking a Restaurant server with a passion for hospitality and a flair for serving delicious food and drinks. Join us for this incredible opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment where you can make a difference daily!

Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional service and crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our Food and Beverage operation, greeting guests, taking orders, bussing tables, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Servers may also be required to prepare coffee drinks or alcoholic beverages. You will also be expected to adhere to hygiene and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization while on shift.

This position requires availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Individuals in this role will also require flexibility to support in multiple areas of the Food and Beverage division including The Tradition An American Kitchen, HeyDey Social Club, room deliveries and Banquet events as needed.

HeyDey Social Clubis centered on sunny golden hour hangs where guests can spend all evening at this cheerful bar meets European Social Club. With stellar cocktails and friendly service, HeyDey operates as a cocktail café and is the go-to place for downtown happy hour drinks. Enjoy excellent coffee for a late afternoon pick-me-up, Italian Aperitif style drinks, innovative seasonal takes on classic craft cocktails, natural wine, and local beers. This uniquely hip cocktail and snack bar offers casual and light service with an attitude that doesn't take itself too seriously. For us, grabbing a drink after work is a whole ritual, a precious moment to share a drink and a bite with friends at the end of the workday or before dinner.

The Tradition: An American Kitchen is dedicated to creating a welcoming and dependable neighborhood restaurant where every guest feels at home. Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a team spirit
• Availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight, up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• TABC and Food handlers' certifications required
• Must be able to adhere to hygiene and safety standards as well as maintain cleanliness and organization
