Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our team as a Reservations Manager/Revenue Analyst Full-Time at Hyatt Regency Houston-Downtownlocated in Houston, TX.
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Reservations Manager/Revenue Analyst to lead our Reservations Department while driving revenue management strategies. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other Rooms Departments to optimize room yield, enhance guest experience, and maximize profitability. Your role will align with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and Brand Standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring compliance with hotel and corporate policies.
• Manage room inventory and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Conduct revenue management analysis and generate reports to evaluate business strategies.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to implement promotions and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze reservation trends, competitor pricing, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure pre-arrival guest preferences are obtained and effectively communicated to relevant departments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key travel agents, corporate clients, and third-party booking platforms.
• Ensure the highest level of guest service is delivered in all reservation-related interactions.
• Train, mentor, and develop the Reservations team to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts and support sales and marketing initiatives to enhance business performance.
