The Part-time Receiving Clerk will support the Culinary operation, reporting directly to the Culinary leadership team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating on-site deliveries, physically receiving items, putting them in their designated areas in a timely and orderly manner, assisting with distributing invoices and handling basic data entry to ensure accurate record-keeping. They will take pride in an organized and clean working environment and provide vital support to our Executive Chef in maintaining all food storage standards and ensuring compliance with health regulations. This position is a great opportunity for an individual who is interested in learning a Receiving operation and looking for potential growth.

Qualifications

• Part-time position with AM availability as early as 7 A.M. (Typical schedule will be Tuesdays and Fridays)
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Possess the ability to multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be willing to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in temperate environments, such as a walk-in freezer
• Lifting requirements up to 50 lbs.
• Entry-level computer skills
• Must understand food hierarchy
• Must possess a Food Handler's card or be willing to obtain one
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
