Description
To supply the Hotel with the supplies and services required for its operation, in order to obtain better quality and price.
Financial:
1. Review of expenses of the areas.
2. Review of warehouse inventories.
3. Perform daily purchases for the operation and capex.
4. Will make credit card purchases for the Hotel.
Operational:
1. Will interview suppliers, to evaluate their quality, price, attention and service capabilities.
2. Quote with suppliers the products and services required by the Hotel, in order to obtain the best price conditions.
Negotiate discounts with suppliers to obtain benefits for the Hotel.
4. Negotiate credits with suppliers so that the Hotel obtains a better return on its capital.
5. Monitor the satisfaction of the Hotel's internal clients in relation to the products and services acquired, maintaining the best quality levels.
6. Visit suppliers' facilities, in coordination with other areas.
7. Authorize purchase orders from warehouses.
8. Follow up and purchase annual Capex.
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Advanced English
Bachelor's degree
Experience in luxury hotels
Strong communication and presentation skills
Leadership ability and behavior consistent with our core values
