Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach and Spa is a large complex of 1230 rooms and currently looking for our Purchasing Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage Team. This role will support the Purchasing function, Receiving function as well as payroll function for Food & Beverage. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively interact with guest, other departments, and team members. Knowledge of the various systems are preferred - Birchstreet, Kronos/Dimensions and Excel

Pay range for this position is $24.00-- $27.00.

Qualifications

• Days off will be mid-week
• Will handle clerical and payroll duties for Purchasing as well as the Food & Beverage departments
• Will support the Purchasing Director and the Receiving Manager in their absence.
