The Program and Activations Manager is responsible for ideating, curating, and executing on brand events, experiences and art exhibitions year-long across the distinct food and beverage outlets and hotel. This manager oversees the overall strategy and is future thinking, ensuring their team operates with excellence to achieve goals along the way to ultimately drive top-line Revenue into the outlets.
A good fit for the role is someone who knows how to cater to many different communities and is well-connected. This person leads with heart and is intentional in their curation, is dedicated to opening doors for others and is genuinely passionate about connecting humans. Logistically, this person knows how to produce a wide range of world class events, networks to build tangible connections, and has a track record of curating successful programs.This role reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities-
Working collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Food and Beverage and other departments within hotel
Involvement with the annual business plan process
Manage the monthly programming budget and create event specific P&Ls
Client entertainment for potential and existing partnerships to develop, strengthen and maintain relationships
Maintain well organized documentation and reports and work with leadership to maximize impact-based programming
Local Networking to expand the hotel's online reach
Oversee management of social media accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information about promotions, events, and updates to effectively communicate them through digital channels.
Ideate, curate, and implement strategic quarterly hotel events
Deliver high-touch, high-level service to all accounts, and work closely with Operations, Event Planning and Banquets to ensure an exceptional experience
Leverage Hyatt's tools, systems, network and database to drive results
Lead programming and curation strategy for Marketing in collaboration of activations with DOSM
Develop and execute comprehensive social media and marketing strategies in collaboration with DOSM to promote the hotel's activations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Understanding of marketing principles and experience in digital and social media marketing
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a creative team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
• Ability to conceptualize and implement creative strategies that enhance guest experience
• Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and multimedia production
• A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a leadership role
• Proficient in general computer knowledge
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely detail oriented and organized

Physical Demands

The budgeted range for this position is $60,000-$65,000
