The Role
In this role you will be supporting Hyatt's Global portfolio of 1300+ hotels through the transition process to Hyatt's new Property Management Suite, Opera Cloud & Colleague Advantage. You will be responsible for preparing the hotel configuration data used to build Opera, conducting project kickoff and training webinars, and migrating data to the new PMS. This will require interaction with hotel teams, vendors and regional teams across the globe.
In this role you will be managing deployment to multiple properties simultaneously.
This position requires 10% travel for onboarding and team meetings.
• Development of training material for use by the Deployment team, the hotels or our vendors. Training materials include slide decks, trainers' notes, and videos.
• Conduct training webinars related to Hyatt's Property Management Suite as needed during hotel transition
• Collect, review and update hotel configuration data in accordance with Hyatt standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hyatt's PMS vendors that will be supporting us with training and implementation efforts.
Qualifications
Experience Required:
• Reservations, Front Office or related rooms operations experience (2+ years)
• Hotel Supervisory Experience in Operations (2+ years)
• Robust experience with Hyatt's business practices in use with Oracle's Opera Property Management System
• Experience in delivering and preparing training
Experience Preferred:
• Operations experience with RESERVE CRS, HotSOS, HyGEO, Zingle, Sertifi, Credit Card processing
• Hotel department head experience
• Experience in multiple hotels, locations or brands is desired.
• Experience in conducting classroom training and preparing training materials
