We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Server Assistant/Food Runner to join our fine dining team. In this role, you will support the restaurant staff by ensuring seamless service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and providing excellent experiences for our guests. The position requires evening availability starting at 4 PM, with weekend shifts as a must and flexible weekday availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Support: Work closely with servers to anticipate guest needs and enhance their dining experience.
• Table Setup and Maintenance: Prepare tables with proper settings, maintain cleanliness during service, and promptly reset tables after guests depart.
• Food Running: Deliver dishes to tables accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are served in a timely manner and meet the restaurant's presentation standards.
• Restaurant Cleanliness: Clear and clean tables, chairs, and dining areas throughout service. Maintain organization in service stations, beverage areas, and kitchen pass-through.
• Team Collaboration: Assist servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Respond quickly to guest and team member requests.
• Stocking and Organization: Restock supplies such as silverware, glassware, and linens, ensuring availability throughout the shift.

• Availability to work evening shifts starting at 4 PM, including weekends and select weekdays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
