The PM Shift Cook/Bartender is responsible for prepping the kitchen, maintaining a clean work area, preparing all PM shift food items for the hotel's restaurant, serve drinks to guests, maintain the bar area, and ensure cleanliness of the bar. Hours are from 4pm to 1am. This is a hybrid position for a Cook/Bartender to work Cook several days, and Bartender several days.
