The Pastry Sous Chef reports directly to the Executive Chef and is responsible for the production of baked goods and pastries within the hotel for all areas. This is a hands-on position wherein this leader will actively participate in the execution of production as well as train, develop and supervise their team. On occasion, this role will be required to assist with leadership responsibilities in other Culinary departments as well.
