As an integral part of our culinary team, the Pastry Cook not only refines our sweet creations but also actively contributes to the overall success and excellence of both the team and the hotel. The ideal candidate should possess expertise, a profound understanding of baking techniques, precision in execution, and innovation. Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, bread and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality.
• Monitos oven temperatures and baking times to achieve desired results.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and baked goods to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Operate and maintain pastry equipment, such as mixers, ovens and decorating tools.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the pastry chef.
