What does the role entail?

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Greeter to join our team. The Greeter has many responsibilitiesincluding but not limited to, warmly greeting guests as they arrive to the restaurant, providing directionsfor guests as needed, seating guestsand helpkeeptheir work area clean and organized for a good dining experience. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. Additionally,this person must have good communication skillsas well as the ability to lift, pull and pushmoderate weight as well work outside in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Greeter or similar role.
• Customer serviceexperience a plus.
• An understanding or our property and local area encouraged.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focusedin a fast-pacedwork environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time andwalk long distances.
• Must haveopen availability during Spring Break and the Summer Season, including weekends and Holidays.
• Understanding of California hygiene and food safety rules.
