This posting is for a Full-Time Painter Apprentice position at the Grand Hyatt Denver and is intended to be posted as a growth opportunity for an Engineering/Painter Apprentice.

Candidate must have 1 year painting experience, wallpaper background experience, tile and drywall knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills with electricity and plumbing. Candidate must pass respirator tests and have good customer service and communication skills.

The typical hours for this position will be vary based on business needs. The schedule may vary weekly, and fairly open availability is required. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

This position involves a considerable amount of walking and standing; and the ability to lift, push and carry a moderate amount of weight is required.

Qualifications
Qualifications for this position:

• One (1) year painting experience- ideally completing the Engineering/Painter Apprentice role within Hyatt Hotels & Resorts
• Wallpaper background experience
• Tile and drywall knowledge
• Basic troubleshooting skills with electricity and plumbing
• Must pass respirator tests
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Requires walking, standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling

This position offers an hourly rate of $19.81.
