About the Role - Overnight Front Office Supervisor
Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by setting the example, coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.
Overnight Front Office Supervisors lead the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires, and other requests directed from managers and directors. This position will be *Overnight*.
Wage Information
Hourly role: The hourly rate for this position is $27.00.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have previous experience with forecasting and revenue management.
• Must have extensive experience with customer service.
• 2+ years Hotel Front Office experience preferred
• Knowledge of Hyatt's reservation systems and procedures preferred
