Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking a dynamicOutlet Manager to oversee the operations of our main Food & Beverage outlet. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team renowned for delivering exceptional experiences and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring seamless service and adherence to the highest standards of quality.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of F&B colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage leadership team to implement innovative strategies, drive revenue, and optimize profitability.
• Monitor and manage inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all operations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with guests, regularly gathering feedback to continuously improve the outlet's offerings and service.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the values and reputation of the hotel and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

• Have a proven track record with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand's values, standards, and operational procedures.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage management, within Hyatt Hotels Corporation
• Showcase exceptional team management and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial objectives.
• Exhibit a passion for guest service, with a focus on creating memorable experiences and exceeding expectations.
• Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Be highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Hold relevant academic qualifications in hospitality or F&B management. Additional certifications in leadership or revenue management are a plus.
• Have a working knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, food safety protocols, and F&B trends.
