About the Role - On-Call Banquet Captain
As an On-Call Banquet Captain at our luxury resort, you will play a vital role in leading a banquet team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests during events such as weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. You will work on an as-needed basis, responding to events and catering needs, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Banquet Server experience required. Knowledge of set-up and break down of banquet functions a plus. Must be able to lift a moderate amount of weight. Excellent communication and guest service skills a must.
Hourly role: The hourly rate for this position is $16.50.

• Previous banquet experiences in a luxury resort preferred
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
