Description
As the overseer of the hotel during the overnight shift, the Night Auditor welcomes our guests to the hotel, assures guest requests are handled, reviews and audits the daily transactions, sets the hotel up for a successful new day. The Night Auditor also serves as the main point of contact for any safety, security, or guest relations concerns during the night shift.
The Night Auditor contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence. The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work as well as all Host functions during the overnight shift. This includes the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives an opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to serve guests by assisting with luggage handling, concierge services, check-in/check-out, managing room inventory, and more.
The hourly rate for this position is $33.68.
