Our team of professionals is committed to enhancing our guests' well-being through unparalleled service and a serene environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team.

THE ROLE:

As a Part-Time Massage Therapist at NoMI Spa, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding therapeutic and relaxation experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services, tailoring treatments to meet individual client needs, and ensuring a consistent level of excellence in all interactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but not limited to):

Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment room.
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Stay current with industry trends and continue professional development.

PAY:

This role offers competitive compensation where you are paid a base hourly rate $11.75. You will also receive gratuities and commission. Further details to be discussed during the interview phase.

BENEFITS:

Qualifications

Valid massage therapy license in the state of Illinois.
Proven experience as a massage therapist with a strong understanding of various techniques.
Ability to customize treatments based on individual guest preferences and requirements.
Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-end spa environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight.
Must have physical stamina to stand for upwards of 8 hours during duration of shift.
Open availability required for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
