Located in Greater Palm Springs, Grand Hyatt features 531 newly transformed luxury guestrooms, suites, casita-style villas, and two brand new Celebrity Chef food & beverage venues. Set within the perfect backdrop of scenic Indian Wells, this property is a destination favorite as it is positioned to take hospitality to a new level in the destination.
The primary responsibility of the Director of Marketing is to research, develop and implement the annual integrated marketing and communications plan to support the business objectives for the hotel. The plan should include objectives(s), strategies and tactics for each of the hotel's market segments and outlets (spa, lounge and restaurants). The ultimate goal is to heighten market presence, increase positive awareness, strengthen brand loyalty, increase market share and most importantly, produce increased revenues and profitability. She/he will promote awareness and maintain a positive brand image of the property and outlets (spa, restaurant and lounge) on a local, regional and national level through consistent and targeted public relations and marketing and digital campaigns. She/he will ensure that the hotel's brand position is present in coverage, messages are compelling and insights and reporting are accurate. Essential Responsibilities include, and not limited to:
