Key Responsibilities
- Creating proactive promotional programs to generate in Hotel revenue (Rooms, Meetings & Events business, Engagement & Wedding, Wellness & Recreation).
- Content Creation including articles, videos, reels, and social media posts, that resonate with target audiences. Ensure all content aligns with the hotel's brand voice and messaging.
- Strong social media content creation and management experience, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Strong media communications and influencer relations.
- Answers to all press inquiries, ensuring only relevant and accurate information have been released to the press. Managed press inquiries efficiently to uphold the organization's reputation.
- International media communications experience.
- Developing social media marketing activations for every promotion and event.
- Building social media awareness across all platforms.
- Creative Hotel Storytelling to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic through compelling and creative storytelling that highlights the unique experiences and offerings of the hotel.
- Managing hotel reputation platforms including Medallia, Trip Advisor, and third-party online channels.
- Creating and coordinating hotel collateral design with a graphic designer based on the brand.
Qualifications Requirements
-Minimum of 1 years Experience in the marketing field in Hospitality industry.
-Strong ability to build networks and relationships, and maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.
-Communication Skills high level of both written and verbal communication, with the ability to speak to brand tone and demonstrate creative flair.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the business. This may include hosting key stakeholders during these times.
-Relevant experience in a hotel environment or previous experience servicing multiple departments and platforms is essential. Media experience is highly regarded.
-Excellent Knowledge of PowerPoint Presentation.
