Description
As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:
Creating innovative promotional programs that will increase awareness and create a positive image for the hotel, spa and restaurant ZEM
Maintaining a professional relationship with the media and PR managers at sister hotels and being prepared to act as a spokesperson for the hotel when required
Effectively manage various social platforms including the hotel website
Creating and managing content and its quality on all platforms
Keeping the hotel up to date with current marketing trends
Creating and approving budgets
Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Director
What knowledge and skills you should have
Minimum of a completed Bachelor's degree in tourism/hospitality, or marketing, journalism and communications
At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications in the tourism, hospitality and/or other luxury environment
English language is an essential part of the job, so we need at least C1 level
User knowledge of PS and MS Office will also be required
Communication and excellent presentation skills
