Grow your career as Manager, Integrated Marketing within ALG Vacations. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for developing strategic campaigns, project management and overseeing execution with a strong emphasis on collaboration across marketing and internal teams. You'll manage end-to-end integrated campaigns working across various teams within the organization. You'll be responsible for developing, recommending, and initiating new and innovative ideas, programs, and tools that target both travel advisors and end customers for increased growth. Maintaining constant communication through all departments is critical for success in this role and cross brand alignment for marketing plan execution and strategy. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing.
Essential Functions:
• Development, enhancement and project management of strategic integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Communicating across various marketing team leads to ensure seamless execution of all components of strategic campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative Services and Content teams to ensure objectives are met.
• Develop strong segmentation strategy within all campaigns comprised of both B2B and B2B2C initiatives.
• Draft strong, complete, and compelling copy briefs.
• Lead the execution of special projects.
• Work with marketing analytics team to compile and present relevant reporting.
• Manage content-based campaigns including emails, videos, etc.
• Work with PM team as needed, ensuring all supplier partner requirements for coop are met and proof of performance is provided.
• Address marketing needs for ALGV events, including mobile app and gamification components for our annual Ascend Conference.
• Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values (included in all job descriptions).

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Mastery of Microsoft Suite Knowledge.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, Mediatool, Trello, and Marcom.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Lytho.
• Familiarity of AI tools such as Chat GPT.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time.
• Experience in integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience in executing marketing campaigns, through traditional and interactive vehicles
• Travel industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Strong writing, editing, communication and attention to detail is vital.
• Strong time management, ability to comply with strict deadlines & follow up skills.
• Creative, intuitive and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple colleagues across departments.
