Description
The ideal candidate will possess strong legal acumen with a proven track record of managing legal affairs independently and collaboratively. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards tackling diverse legal challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Loyalty Program Management: Manage all legal affairs related to the group's loyalty program within China under supervision, including but not limited to the implementation, operation, customer complaints, and dispute resolution associated with the program.
2. Project Development Support: Assist in the expansion of new projects in the Greater China region, including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and writing all legal documents related to projects.
3. Hotel Operations Assistance: Provide legal support for operational matters related to the hotels in the Greater China region.
4. Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake other temporary tasks assigned by the team leader as needed.
Qualifications
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or higher degree from a prestigious law school is required. The candidate must have passed the National Judicial Examination of China.
2. Legal Expertise: Demonstrated excellent legal reasoning and solid legal foundation with the ability to independently manage various legal matters.
3. Collaborative Spirit: Strong team player with a proactive work approach, accountability, and a sense of ownership. Must have a commendable capacity for cross-departmental communication.
4. Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in a law firm or multinational corporation is required. Candidates with combined law firm and in-house experience, litigation capabilities, or prior experience within the international hotel industry will be preferred.
5. Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, including speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to use English as a working language.
