Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic - Learning & Development Manager with a strong background and experience in people management and communication skills in order to drive the successful deployment of learning and development activities to successfully position at Grand Hyatt Bali.
Learning & Development Manager will be responsible to assistthe hotel's focus on service excellence by training and assisting others to train people to provide exceptional service to the hotel's external customers (guests) and to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Training Department function to support the hotel business objectives.
