Job Overview:
We are seeking a polished and professional Host/Hostess/Maître d' to provide an exceptional guest experience at Le Petit Chef Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, a deep passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage both the front-of-house operations and the guest experience with ease. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in setting the tone for the entire dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience: Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that each guest receives personalized, attentive service throughout their visit.
Reservation Management: Oversee the reservation system, making sure that all tables are appropriately assigned, reservations are confirmed, and guest preferences are noted.
Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and needs. Handle guest complaints and concerns in a calm, diplomatic, and professional manner.
Monitor Dining Room Flow: Maintain a balanced seating arrangement during busy times to ensure an efficient flow of guests.
Coordination with Kitchen and Service Team: Work closely with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks..
Event Coordination: Assist with special events and private dining arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience for large groups or special occasions.
Exemplify Fine Dining Etiquette: Display exceptional manners and refined professionalism, reflecting the high standards of our fine dining establishment.
