The pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $21.75 to $23.00and is also eligible to earn overtime.

The In-Room DiningLine Cook position requires good communication and culinary skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least twoyears of previous line or relevant cooking experience. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures is also a plus. They will work in the In-Room Dining station processing room service orders and preparing/cooking meals, as needed.The ideal candidate is able to monitor their own station, make and complete accurate prep lists, ensure food preparation is being done according to health code standards, and be comfortable running a hotline. This position's hours are from 2pm-10pm.

Qualifications:

• Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
• This position will work the PM Shift (2:00 to 10:00pm) and will be required to work on holidays and weekends.

As well as...
